Introduction

Winet Infratel is an ISP&ITSP based in Delhi, India and has greatly ventured into internet and internet based solutions for its clients. Recently the organization has started investing into Wi-Fi access point solutions and connected EV charging stations infrastructure.

Job Description

As part of the Business Development Team, you will be responsible for client requirement scoping & solution design & development to final handover of the desired solution. Undertake technical ownership and responsibility for small to medium sized opportunities and accounts. Retain ownership of the solution from early inception through to project delivery and customer acceptance. Provide feedback to the company regarding evolving customer preferences, complaints and needs, and competitive efforts and trends in the overall industry and marketplace. Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Demonstrate expertise and experience with Networking, Telephony and IT within small, medium to large enterprise environments. Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations confidently to technical and non-technical audiences. Capture, document and relay customer requirements and product enhancement, produce high quality internal and customer facing collateral.

With the Business Development Team, you will be engaged in pre-sales, account management, market screening and business development in Telecom & Internet based solution industry. Develop and source a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads. Meet or exceed sales and profit goals. Co-create and execute a sales strategy for allocated product range and region. Facilitate pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings and contract negotiation. Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in cooperation with other departments within Winet (presales, software, implementation, legal, support, etc.) to prepare on time and high-quality proposals. Actively manage existing customer accounts, address key objectives and strategy, concerns and escalations, overall status and new sales opportunities. Deliver in-person sales presentations with prospective and existing customers. Research and stay updated with telecommunication industry trends and insights. Attend and actively participate in conferences and industry events.

Responsibilities

Support the Account Management teams in sales meetings, client presentations and web conferences. Join up multiple elements into a single solution and articulate the benefits. Develop and deliver product demonstrations. Advocate our solutions and services to customers and at off-site events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. Aid in proposal, presentation and technical documentation creation. Convey customer requirements into valid design. Provide functional backup during an implementation of the solution. Management of sales queues through CRM. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Requirement and Skills

Applicants should be from Sales, Pre Sales, Technical Consultant or similar background ideally in telecom/ISP, data-centre or contact-centre solution industries. An ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, determined and goal-oriented. Required excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
